When will my order Ship?
Our products dispatches on Monday and Wednesday of each week, for all orders placed prior to that dispatch date.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery timeline will depend on where you are located and our shipping partner.
It typically takes 2-5 business days, but can vary due to holiday, weather or unexpected events.
RETURNS
What is your Replacement Policy?
If you receive a defective piece, please reach out to our Customer Support Team with photos or videos showing the defects.
Upon confirmation, we will provide you with a free replacement.
What is your Return Policy?
We offer complimentary 14-day returns for all U.S. customers. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
The return period begins the day your shipment is delivered. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, free from signs of wear or damage
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
- For sets, all pieces must be returned together.
